Triad Coaching

One of the most effective ways to deal with performance or resource based challenges is to operate in a triad. A triad is a collaborative relationship between three people who are responsible for each other’s success. The supported, peer to peer to peer structure provides the space for creative brainstorming, mutual support and empowerment to take action.

  • Decisions are easily made based on values and less time is spent on “proving” one’s point of view and driving individual agendas
